Every week I give you something to focus on to better communicate and engage with your Chapter members.

In the fall of 2024, Chapters from around Region 6 met to discuss operations. One key finding we took away was our need for better and more communications to chapter members. Communications is an element we have a lot of improvement to make on but can do so incrementally, without a ton of effort but with huge impact. Along with giving Chapter leaders the entire playbook, I want to give you all a more palatable method of taking all of this information in and more importantly, using it in your communications strategy. Weekly, I will break down a topic and give you an action you can take away from it for you to use in your Chapter.
